What is Multi-factor authentication (MFA)?
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a method where access is granted to a website or application after you as the user successfully provided two or more factors to an authentication protocol. This could include any two methods like a password, email, SMS or Third Part Authenticator (TPA) app generating a random number you should enter or allow you to approve the request.
This helps to reduce unauthorised access to your data in the form of personal details or financial assets.
